SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping

  • We usually ship the product within 5 working days after receiving the order. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within a week. Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, proudct availability, covid restrictions, any other government restrictions, and courier partner’s delivery time & location.

  • Delivery fee is applicable on orders depending on the geographical location of the customer and the monetary value of the order.

Returns and Exchange

  • None of the products can be returned or exchanged for any reason and products once sold are not liable for returns or exchange. Any complaints have to be raised within 7 days of receipt of the product.

  • Exception to the above rule is that, when wrong is product sent or lost in transit, we will replace them with a new product as early as possible.

  • As soon as the shipment is received, customers are requested to check the contents and report to us any discrepancy with the photo images and unboxing video. All our packing is done under strict supervision under the eyes of camera. In case of any issues, we will check and if we find that we have sufficient evidence to prove that we have sent all the relevant products, we will not be liable for any loss of the products.

  • Any damage to the shipment should be brought to our notice immediately with photo images and unboxing video for us to take it up with the courier company. If the shipment is totally damaged, customers are advised to reject/return the shipment.

  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products, but certain ingredients may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. We highly recommend that you do a patch test on your neck/arm before using the product. To help avoid irritation or an allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product. 

  • Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of colour that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable. 

 

Modification / Cancellations to Order

  • An order placed cannot be modified. Similarly, if the customer desires so, an order can be cancelled before shipment. Once it is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and it can be cancelled only when it is returned to our office. In such cases the order value will be refunded after deducting the courier charges and payment gateway charges as applicable (approximately 2-3% of the order value both ways). The refund will be done within 15 days from the date of cancellation

 

Communication

  • We (or courier company) will be regularly sending email updates regarding the orders received / shipped / shipping updates etc. So, we request our customers to keep the filters of your email settings appropriately so that you receive such emails from us. Soaps and Blends will not be responsible for such mails not received in case of wrong set up of email settings at the customers’ end.

  • All queries are generally replied within 5 business days and if there is a delay, the customers will be informed, especially when external dependencies like checking with Payment Gateway / Courier partner / or any other agencies is to be done.

  • All our products are handmade and there are times due to climatic conditions or environmental issues, there could be delays in manufacture of the products and customers are requested to be patient as these factors are beyond our control. We will keep customers updated in in case of delay from our end.

 

Product quality and packaging

  • The essence of online business is what you see, is what you get. Normally we send only the same visible products. However sometimes due to variance in light or location or due to climatic conditions, the colors might vary. However, the quality of the product will remain the same. Soaps and Blends is not responsible for any such variance in color due to reasons beyond their control.

  • Soaps and Blends will be revising the product packaging/ containers etc from time to time to keep pace with the changing times. While we will keep updating the same on a regular basis, sometimes there could be a lag because of which you can get an updated/ higher version product even before it is updated in the site.

  • Our products being natural products, are likely to react to environmental factors like heat, cold etc and may either solidify or become liquid. Though we take utmost care, these are factors beyond our control.

 

Return Procedure

  • STEP 1
    To return your shipment please email - support@soapsandblends.com with your order number

 

  • STEP 2
    We will arrange for a pickup from the same address within 3-4 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Kindly ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return

 

  • STEP 3
    Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate the return. On the other hand, if the Product is not as per the aforementioned conditions, then the returned Product will unfortunately not be accepted and would be returned back to you (Delivery charges applicable).
